Gift Cards, E-Gift Certificates, Cosmetics, Jewelry, and Final sale merchandise may not be returned for a refund or exchange; unless received defective, or the wrong item(s). Returns must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed free of odors and pet hair, and must have original garment tags attached. All tags must be attached if an item is returned to receive credit. No Exceptions.
Please allow up to 10 business days for a refund. Treasurez Boutique has the right to refuse returns on any items that do not meet the returns policy.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Returning an item couldn't be easier. Try your purchases on in the comfort of your home and if you need to send them back, you have 7 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.
Please keep in mind that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and for peace of mind we do recommend you use a tracked shipping method to confirm the delivery. Treasurez Boutique is not liable for any lost incoming parcels.

RECEIVING A REFUND
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
CHANGE OF MIND
All items must be returned new, unused and with all original garment tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
Your purchase should be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period will not be accepted.
Please take care trying on items as all merchandise must be returned in a new and unused condition with all original garment tags still attached.
Each parcel is specially handcrafted and designed just for you by our devoted team.
When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must also include the original packaging and box, as these are considered part of the product. Please place the shoe box inside another box in order to prevent damage during shipping.
All items are quality inspected prior to shipment, however in the rare case that you receive an item with a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to offer a refund or replace the goods at your preference. Please contact us with your faulty item description immediately upon receiving your parcel, and include a photo of the fault so we can resolve this as quickly as possible for you!
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund. Simply request a return by emailing us firstname.lastname@example.org and send the faulty goods back to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
