HOW TO PRACTICE GRATITUDE USING A GRATITUDE JOURNAL

Gratitude: The quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and return kindness

 

Gratitude helps us to realize what we have and expands as we appreciate it.  You can begin practicing gratitude by simply noticing all of the simple things that you have that you may not recognize in day to day living.  Get a notebook and pen and begin by writing down " I am grateful for.." My breath,  My family, The movement of my body, The gift of hearing, The gift of sight, My job, My smile, etc.

 

You have so much to be grateful for and if you begin with a small step towards clearly stating what you are grateful for everyday you raise your conscious awareness of all that you truly have to be grateful for therefore magnetizing to you even more to appreciate and be grateful for!
