INHALE GRATITUDE, EXHALE GRATITUDE

  As we come to another months end, it is a great time to reflect on how far we've come this month. Whether you've set your intentions and made progress towards achieving your aspirations or simply took the time to meditate or write about your desires, take the time to honor where you are. 

  Taking a few minutes out of your day to simply stop and just breathe: as a regular practice will help you to be mindful off of your mat. Which also helps everyone around you in the bigger picture. Think about it when you are relaxed and mindful you make better decisions and share a more radiant energy with the world at large, even if it doesn't seem like it; You are making a difference by resonating with gratitude. 

  So for the next 5-10 minutes.. Just be!  Breathe in through the nose and out through the nose and begin to count all you have to be grateful for, feel it in your heart.  Continue this practice throughout your week and see how you feel! Xo
